Hello and Welcome to Rick Courtney . life.  A site about my life and the journey.  Retired Navy Chief always seeking new friends and fans as I continue to Sing whereever I can.  I grew up in a musical family with the love of music that roots deep in my soul. Every style of music is an artistic expression and I grew up listening to many different genres from Country to Soul to Rock n Roll. I love writing about life, the liberty of life, and more than anything- the Creator of Life.  

 I currently call Wilmington NC my home and Carolina Beach my Paradise.
